Clean Whips Terms Of Service

By booking a service with Clean Whips, the customer agrees to the following:

Service Pricing & Vehicle Condition: Prices are based on the service selected and the vehicle’s reported condition. If the vehicle requires additional work due to excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, debris, odors, or other conditions outside the selected service, Clean Whips may recommend a different service or additional charge. Any price change will be communicated to and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

Quick Clean Eligibility: Quick Clean is intended for vehicles needing routine maintenance cleaning. Vehicles requiring significant cleaning may need to be upgraded to a Full Detail or Deep Clean.

Service Results: Clean Whips will make reasonable efforts to clean and improve the vehicle. Complete removal of stains, odors, water spots, scratches, oxidation, or other defects is not guaranteed.

Personal Belongings: Customers must remove valuables and personal belongings before service. Clean Whips is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Existing Damage: Clean Whips is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, loose or damaged components, or defects that existed before service. This does not limit responsibility for damage directly caused by Clean Whips’ negligence.

Appointments & Access: The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled location and time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Any cancellation/no-show fee or deposit policy will be disclosed during booking before payment.

Payment: Payment is due according to the terms displayed when booking. Any additional service must be approved before being charged.

Photos: Clean Whips will obtain permission before using identifiable photos or videos of a customer’s vehicle for promotional purposes.

By booking or authorizing service, the customer acknowledges these Terms of Service.

SMS Messaging Terms: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS message from Clean Whips regarding appointments, confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Clean Whips LLC SMS messaging program.
